Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Ez'Events service, an online event management platform published by Eazy Green SAS, accessible at www.ezevents-app.com.

Any access or use of the service implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Service description

Ez'Events is a web application allowing event organisers (weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.) to create an online space for their guests. Features include:

• A digital guestbook (text messages, photos, videos, audio)
• A collaborative playlist with Spotify and Deezer integration
• An online kitty
• An interactive quiz
• A moments timeline
• A real-time projection mode

3. Service access

Creating a user account requires authentication via Google or Apple. The user guarantees that the information provided during authentication is accurate.

Guest access to an event does not require an account: you simply need the event code provided by the organiser.

4. Event creation

Creating an event is subject to payment of a unit fee of €9.99 including VAT, as described in the Terms of Sale. Once payment is validated, the event is automatically created and the organiser has access to all features.

5. User content

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish (messages, photos, videos, audio files). They guarantee having the necessary rights to this content and agree not to publish any illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Eazy Green reserves the right to delete any manifestly unlawful content without notice.

6. Event data retention and deletion

Event data is retained according to the following rules:

• Manual deletion : the organiser can delete their event at any time from their dashboard. All associated data (messages, media, participants) is then permanently deleted.
• Automatic deletion : data for a closed event is automatically deleted 90 days after its closing date, unless manually deleted by the organiser.
• Account data : user account information (name, email, avatar) is retained until the account is deleted.

7. Liability

Eazy Green undertakes to implement all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service. However, Eazy Green cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure.

Eazy Green is not responsible for content published by users or for interactions between event participants.

8. Termination

Users can delete their account at any time. Eazy Green reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to any legal recourse.

9. Terms of Use amendments

Eazy Green reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

10. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Eazy Green's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
