Terms of Sale

1. Seller

These Terms of Sale apply to any order placed on the Ez'Events platform, published by:

2. Purpose

Ez'Events offers access to creating an online event on its platform. The order covers a single access granting the right to create and fully manage an event, including all available features (guestbook, playlist, kitty, quiz, timeline, projection mode).

3. Price

The access fee is €9.99 including VAT per event, i.e. €8.33 excluding VAT (20% VAT).

Promotional codes may be applied at checkout for a discount. These codes are subject to their own conditions (validity period, limited number of uses, first order only, etc.).

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online, securely, via the Stripe payment solution. Eazy Green does not store any banking data.

The order is confirmed upon payment validation by Stripe. The event is automatically created and immediately accessible from the organiser's dashboard.

In case of payment failure, no event is created and no amount is charged.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not provided on a physical medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

By validating their payment and immediately accessing the creation of their event, the buyer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal.

6. Credit and refund

If the organiser deletes their event before any guest has joined, the amount paid is converted into credit on their Ez'Events account, usable for creating a future event.

If guests participated in the event before its deletion, no refund or credit will be granted, as the service has been consumed.

In the event of a technical incident attributable to Ez'Events making the service inaccessible for an extended period, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request to contact@ezevents-app.com.

8. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Evry will have jurisdiction.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of disputes, Eazy Green is a member of the FEVAD e-commerce Mediator service, whose contact details are available at www.mediateurfevad.fr.
